5 layer bubble film extruder is primarily comprised of a main extruder, a secondary extruder, a forming system, an aluminum composite film lamination rack, a winder and an electronic control system. Raw materials such as LDPE, LLDPE or recycled materials are firstly extruded by the main extruder at high temperature to produce bubble films. An additional PE film is then added by the secondary extruder. Composite materials such as aluminum foil, kraft paper, EPE foam can also be added. Compared to single screw extruder, twin screw extruder makes it possible to control thickness of bubble layer and base layer separately, thus having a better composite effect.

It is a novel environmental friendly thermal insulation material which is soft, light, and easy to install. This material is produced by first blowing polyethylene into bubble films and then laminating bubble film with aluminum foils.
